Portico enjoys more success
Portico Corporate Reception Management, the company set up just over two years ago to meet the demand in the City for a five-star hotel approach to front of house services, continues to go from strength to strength. Recent new contract gains have included The Ansbacher Banking Group and mining company Rio Tinto who are moving to prestigious new premises later this year.
Portico is now pleased to count four of the top fifteen investment banks as clients as well as managing the front of house services at some of the City's most well known buildings including Tower 42 and One London Wall. Annual turnover for the company now exceeds £7m.
Last week, Portico was recognised as an 'Investors in People' company. Greg Mace comments "Our management team have worked very hard over the last two years ensuring that our quality and people systems are embedded into the company and we are all delighted with this recognition at such an early stage of our business plan. It is another way of demonstrating to our clients in the City that Portico is the leader in our particular niche of the market."
In recognition of these successes Greg Mace who was instrumental in setting up Portico has been promoted to Managing Director. Greg has enjoyed a successful career in international five-star hotels before moving to a major American investment bank where he was responsible for all the client services.
