Portico appoints new Managing Director to spearhead growth

Simon will be responsible for extensively growing Portico’s customer base, with an emphasis on developing the service offering and enhancing the client and customer experience.

Simon has impressive credentials in customer service and front of house hospitality. He joins Portico from Knightsbridge Residents Management Company Limited, where he held the position of CEO. Prior to that Simon was General Manager for Dolphin Square in London; he has also worked in many senior front of house positions in prestigious hotels, including Grand Hyatt Dubai, a Hyatt International 5 star hotel.
