Sue Carroll joins Portico

Sue has 20 years experience in the service industry, working at some of London's most prestigious hotels. Her career began at the Four Seasons on Park Lane in Human Resources and then led her to a brief spell at the London Hilton working in the Sales Team.

Sue then moved to The Dorchester where she continued to develop her passion for people and development, working in HR, recruitment and learning & development. A spell in operations followed where Sue played a key role in the Front of House team, developing processes, people and systems as well as delivering service to some of the worlds key heads of state, businessmen and well known faces in the media. Her time in the area was rounded off when she became project manager, undertaking the design and installation of cabling and telephony to guest rooms as well as the most up to date telephony for the hotel departments, managing a team of 14 Operators in the process. Sue leaves The Dorchester in the position of Learning and Development Manager to take up the position of HR and Development Manager for Portico with a remit to work closely with all the on-site managers and team members to
